Delivery

All of our items will be delivered within 3-5 working days for all Mainland UK deliveries. Please ensure if you have a specific date the item is needed by you write a note in the ‘notes’ section of the order or send us an email at info@fauxquet.co.uk. During particularly busy periods (e.g. Christmas) please allow as much time as possible when ordering as delivery may take slightly longer. 

Delivery rates for all items to Mainland UK are priced at £5.95 for small & medium arrangements, homewares, stems & vases and £7.95 for limited edition & large arrangements. Unfortunately, for any items being dispatched to the Scottish Highlands, ROI, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man there is a £20 courier charge which will be applied at the checkout stage, all orders being delivered outside of UK mainland may be subject to additional duty charges. Please note there may be an additional delivery lead time of up to 10 days owing to duty & courier processes.
