Our images are printed at 1,440 dpi, using a 10-colour pigment ink system on the finest archival papers. Our 3-level black ink technology gives your images superior grey balance, fine mid-tones and no colour casts for true black & white and colour reproduction.
Frames make use of the highest quality materials from sustainable sources. Put together by Fine Art Guild-commended framers and finished with a natural finish. Prints are protected with sealed brown taped backs and a crystal-clear glass glazing.

We use 310gsm Hahnemuhle German Etching Paper. A heavy-duty paper with a textured finish. Specifically chosen to retain a painterly feel.
Standard delivery for all UK orders will be charged at £5.95. All of our prints are hand made to order so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. Once processed, all shipments will be made via a tracked delivery service.
Please note if you order a Fauxquet bouquet, stems or vase alongside an art print, these items will arrive separately.
PRINT RETURNS & ENQUIRIES
We really hope you love your prints but if for any reason you would like to return please ensure you notify us within 14 days of receipt of your item/s and we will be happy to assist. A full refund or exchange will be offered for items which are returned in a perfect unused condition and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. All items must be returned complete, partial refunds are not offered.
Please note any returns for unwanted items are at your own cost and postage & packaging costs will not be refunded. We would strongly recommend using a tracked service as any items received damaged will not be refunded and we do not accept responsibility for any items lost in transit.
If you believe an item to be damaged or faulty please contact us directly within 7 days of receipt of the item/s at email@example.com alongside images of the damage/ fault and we will endeavour to send out a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Once we have received and assessed your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. This may take a few days to show in your account, timings can vary depending on the card issuer.
